Would you like to have six pack abs to flaunt on the beach this summer?
If your answer is yes. You might be a little pudgy around the waist like me. I've always wanted to have ripped six pack abs but I guess I've been to busy pursuing other things in life like going to school and getting a degree. Or at least that's my latest excuse.
Well, now I recently graduated from school, and I have a lot more time on my hands. So I decided that I would try to get six pack abs. My plan is to eat healthy and do ab workouts, so I will look nice and slim for my next job interview.
Here is a cool virtual workout I found on youtube that I'm going to use. This one is easy all you do is work out your abs by copying the moves of the virtual human. The video says you should do this workout 3 times a week every second day e.g. M-W-F. I'll keep you posted and let you know how it goes.
